The idea at our very core is simple (there’s that word again)
We don’t want to hear from you.
Not that we don’t like you, quite the opposite, but in the context we’re talking about, we want your technology to work exactly the way you need it to work, without requiring technical support. We’re always pleased when you call us up asking for a new user account, or to grant permissions to that great guy you just promoted, but we want to do things right the first time, so when it comes down to it, you don’t need help getting things working. We want to use our skills and knowledge to help assist you with growth and change. When you move in to a bigger office, hire more people, need to increase the power at your disposal, or perhaps upgrade to a faster technology, since the server you invested in 10 years ago is being outclassed by your accountants’ new calculator. It’s how technology goes – but until you’re looking to upgrade, we want it to work for you without complications.
We believe that anything worth doing, is worth doing right.
As in correctly, in a reasonable and expedited manner. As fast as we can get it done without compromising the quality (of work and of parts) we need to get in place to get it done.
